DRAGONFLY Leisure Centre have announced that they will not be running their holiday clubs for the forseeable future.
The Midsomer Norton based leisure centre made the decision as a result of the centre being unable to recruit a suitably qualified holiday club leader.
This role requires an Ofsted provision of a minimum level three childcare qualification.
A spokesperson at Dragonfly Leisure Centre said: “We know how much families have valued our Ofsted-registered holiday club over the years, so it’s with genuine regret that we can’t offer it at the moment.
“We understand how disappointing this will be for families who rely on holiday childcare, and we will continue to review the situation in the hope that we can bring the club back in future.”
