THE 2025 edition of the Royal Bath & West Show gets underway today, with the Midsomer Norton and Radstock Journal in attendance to provide live updates.

The historic show, now in its 162nd year, if being held from Thursday, May 29, to Saturday, May 31, with gates being open from 9am to 6pm.

There will be a large variety of events that take place over the course of the three days, throughout the entirety of the showground. The main ring will play host to a number of horse events, a vintage vehicle parade and even stunt jumping by Paul Hannam.

Animal fans will enjoy some of the activities going on at the show, with a sheep show, goat display and a sheep dog display taking place at the Lakeside Farm over the course of the three days.

The Pawability Canine Display Team will be showing off displays of dog agility, while the Great British Dogs exhibit will give visitors the chance to meet rare British dog breeds.

A wide range of other events can also taking place at the show, from live music to food stalls, an art marquee, a vintage fairground and much more.

Caleb Cooper of Clarkson’s Farm fame will be attending the event, hosting a meet and greet, a Q&A and a book signing that will all take place on Friday, May 30.
