Stuck for plans this weekend?

If you are in the Bath area and enjoy live music, why not head over to Komedia? They'll be putting on a free music festival this evening (Friday, 24th March).

Working alongside Bath Spa University, the venue are hosting five local bands across two stages at this 'mini-festival'. Open to all ages, the event will run from 5:45pm until 10pm, and you can get your tickets for free via their website.

The Family Rain

A three-piece band of brothers, formed in Bath. The band formed in 2011 and perform blues and alternative rock. Listen to their latest single via Spotify or Youtube.

Bite The Buffalo

Another Bath-based band, hailing from Zambia. This duo formed in 2011, are currently on album number 5, and are returning to the stage to celebrate 10 years since the release of their debut album 'Blue Lips'. Click here to find out more.

The Zaffiros


Based in South Devon, brothers Zak and Olly Zaffiro have been writing and performing together for several years. Wes joins them to create a high energy three piece alternative rock group. Learn more here.

Komedia are also fundraising for Julian House, a bath-based charity helping to end homelessness, through this event. You can make a donation to the charity via their ticket booking page. Booking in advance is recommended to guarantee entry.
