WITH the weather feeling so lovely lately, it’s the perfect time to step outside, slow down, and reconnect with nature.

The Ammerdown Centre in Radstock is hosting a day of creativity, reflection and beauty of the season on Saturday, April 18, led by Martina Hunt, a florist and a spiritual director.

Planned is a day of reflection through the lens of the seasons and flowers. Participants are invited to reflect through poetry, prayer, or journalling, to enjoy contemplative walks, as well as an opportunity to go foraging and create a small floral design to take home - all flower materials included.

Spaces are limited and early booking is recommended.
