A VILLAGE market will be taking place in the Somer Valley on the last weekend of August.

Timsbury Village Market will feature more than 20 stalls filled with fresh produce and food for visitors to buy.

The event will take place at Conygre Hall, Timsbury, from 9.30am on Saturday, August 30, and will run for two hours. It is being organised by Grow Timsbury.

Also featuring at the market will be a repair section, where bike maintenance, sewing repairs and knife/ tool sharpening can be conducted.

A popular pop up store will also be in place, encouraging visitors to have a drink alongside some ice cream.

Alongside the market, Grow Timsbury are also putting on a free foraging walk under the theming of ‘Herbal Heaven’.
