Admission is £5 for adults, no charge for children under 16, and is by cash or pre booked tickets online via the NGS website: www.ngs-org-uk; there is no facility to pay by credit or debit card.

Once a ⅓ acre plot, now an engaging plantsman’s ornamental garden. The approach comprises a mature border, varied range of shrubs and trees giving year-round interest.

The garden has recently been partially remodelled with new borders, whilst exploiting the borrowed landscape. Consisting of several areas including a shady woodland border/fernery, grasses screen, topiary and shrubbery.

Mediterranean gravel garden, colour themed Herbaceous beds and newly designed Rose border with complimentary planting. There is a garden room with a small water feature and several seating areas have been designed to enjoy the garden views of the borrowed landscape.

Home made teas, as well as plants, will be on sale.
