New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to seven of North Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Pizza Magic at 3 Queens Road, Clevedon; rated on November 3

• Rated 5: Food Barn @ Noah's Ark at Noahs Ark, Clevedon Road, Failand, Bristol; rated on October 28

• Rated 5: Strawberry Line Cafe at Yatton Railway Station, Station Road, Yatton, Bristol; rated on September 30

• Rated 5: Grand Pier at Grand Pier Ltd, Marine Parade, Weston-Super-Mare; rated on September 26

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:

• Rated 5: Plough Inn at High Street, Wrington, Bristol; rated on October 16
