Pupils at St. John’s Primary School have been busy during National Recycling Week with the School Council promoting this year’s theme: ‘Let’s Get Real!’

After discussions about the importance of recycling and how to do it properly, the School Council discovered that most people did not realise that recycling needs to be properly cleaned before it can be recycled.

As part of their efforts to spread this message, the School Council organised a ‘recycling scavenger hunt’.
