Love Lego? Then don’t miss out on Bath and North East Somerset’s first ever Lego event, ‘Time for Bricks’.

Local charity, Time is Precious, (set up in memory of Ben Halford, who passed away from a brain tumour in 2010, by his parents, Neil and Nicky Halford), will be holding the event to raise awareness and vital funds for their upcoming projects to help improve the facilities and environment for children and their families whilst in hospital.

There will be exhibitors from all over the country showcasing a range of exciting themes, alongside the Lego Robot Club and the UK Blocks magazine and book signing.

On the day, there will be a range of activities available to join in with, including; self-build Lego, remote control vehicles etc. There will also be the chance to purchase mini figures, a variety of individual pieces and quirky/ unique Lego gifts.

Organiser, Neil Halford, said: “We have held many events over the years for Time is Precious and wanted to try something different.

“We have over 45 tables of displays and activities of Lego and will be holding a raffle with over £300 worth of prizes. There will also be refreshments available on the day.

“I would like to thank Frome Self Storage, who have kindly sponsored our event.”

Time for Bricks will be held at the Best Western Centurion Hotel, Midsomer Norton on Sunday, 17th September from 11 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. For more information and tickets, please visit: or call: 01373 813457.
