To his left is his brother-in-law Raymond Gould who was son of H. Gould the conductor. To his left the lady between him and his father is, I believe, Ivy Mills who was accompanist for many years. My father Rex Ladd succeeded his father as Chairman and Raymond Gould succeeded his father as conductor and his son Martin succeeded him. I’m afraid I don’t recognise anyone else. Steve Ladd
