Have you visited Midsomer Norton Town Park yet? Tranquil paths,

babbling stream, loads of wildlife, fabulous amphitheatre. If you haven’t, Sunday, 10th April is a great opportunity to explore! The Town Park will be transformed into a hive of Easter activity bringing the story of Easter to life.

Teams of four are challenged to complete each challenge in record time and earn a prize at the end. Can you make a donkey for the race to Jerusalem, find all the silver coins in the sand pit, avoid the vinegar-spiked drink and roll the tomb stone across the finish line? The fastest team to complete the trail wins a prize.

Created by Welton Baptist Church as part of their N’Fest programme, the trail, which is completely free, will be the usual mix of creative, wacky, interactive, and full-on fun. Suitable for all ages, teams must include at least one member who is over eighteen. Entry is completely free, but teams are asked to register in advance at: nfesteastertrail.eventbright.co.uk

Whether you have been to all of the N’Fest events or if this will be your first, you are in for a treat. After so much time stuck in the confines of our homes, come and join this outdoor event and start the Easter holidays with some fun!

In a separate event, Midsomer Norton Town Council will be holding a free Easter Egg Hunt at the Town Park on Friday, 15th April from 11 am – 1 pm. The event will include music and food, crafts and stalls, a magic show and Easter Bonnet Parade.
