During half-term, local children were invited to Radstock Methodist Hall to take part in DNA Arts’ pumpkin-carving workshop.

The pumpkins were then displayed during Radstock’s Light the Night celebrations on Saturday, 29th October in the town centre, along with 170 lanterns, also made by local children.

Chloe Edgell, from DNA Arts, said: “The pumpkins and the lanterns are being displayed as part of Light the Night to really show off the creativity of local people.

“A locally made fire pit also forms part of the display, which will be given to the town after the event.”
