Food hygiene ratings given to two Bath and North East Somerset establishmentsWe are busy connecting participants and communities through a shared love of reading. Reading Friends works informally to support mental health and well-being, playing an important part in the nation’s Covid recovery.
Reading Friends is fantastic because people can chat and build relationships around any form of the written word – a play or comedy heard on the radio, a news article, a favourite book or poem, or shared interests – pretty much anything goes!
One-2-one chats about bite-size reading in any format, either by phone or virtually.
We have had a great response for volunteers and now we want to reach individuals in need of this service.
If you feel you could benefit with this project, or know someone who might benefit from Reading Friends please email: [email protected] or call: 01225 394041.
