FAMILIES who have lost a baby are being invited to attend a special remembrance service in Bath.

Organised by the Spiritual Care team at the RUH in partnership with the charity Sands, the service is planned for Saturday, June 13 at 1pm at Haycombe Cemetery, Whiteway Road in Bath.

It is open to anyone affected by the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy or shortly after birth, and designed to offer a supportive space for reflection, remembrance and connection. At the heart of the service is an Act of Remembrance.

Families will be invited to write their baby’s name on a paper butterfly and light a candle.
