Radstock Town Council approved its local grant funding for 2020–2021 at its March meeting on Monday evening last week.

Local arts charity, Creativity Works, have been awarded £1,000 to deliver two days of outdoor ‘Wild Art’ to Radstock families and provide art packs.

Evolve Music will be given £1,000 to help run the Explorers & Adventurers Group – an early years music project for children under five.

Midsomer Norton & Radstock Dial a Ride have been awarded £1,000 to help fund staff costs and Radstock Museum will receive £950 to provide free entry and refreshments during the Christmas event later in the year.

Sight Support West of England have been awarded £984 to help launch a local sight loss advice service in Radstock.

The Small Stuff Baby Bank will receive £997.49, SWAN £1,000 for ongoing costs and St Nicholas Church £2,300 for grounds maintenance. Youth Connect have been awarded £1,000 to run a wellbeing support group in Radstock for teenagers.
