CAMERTON and Peasedown Croquet Club hosted an afternoon of fun and friendship with members of Tisbury CC.

The visitors enjoyed coaching from qualified coaches, some great games of croquet and, of course, tea and home-made cake.

The four full sized lawns at CPCC are a wonderful local facility. They have built a new pavilion, overlooking the Cam Valley, with all the facilities needed for social events.

Croquet is a sport for everyone and it’s good for your health. Women and men play on equal terms, skill and tactics are the name of the game (as well as a degree of luck!) and age is no barrier. Even after a short introduction, you’ll be able to enjoy a game with others.

Visit the new website www.camertonpeasedowncroquet.co.uk where there is lots to read about CPCC and the game of Croquet.

The club can offer a FREE taster session on a Monday or Thursday afternoon from 1.00pm or call 07768 543368 for more details.

The club lawns are situated near to Peasedown Cricket Club. If you are looking for a new outdoor sport – one that’s both competitive and social – at a club with some of the best facilities in the area, look no further than Camerton & Peasedown Croquet Club.
