Many members of Prattens Bowls Club recently enjoyed a ‘Bowlaway’ weekend tour to Bournemouth.
Free time was had on the Friday afternoon before a quiz in the evening, which was hosted by Graham Whittock, one of our members.
On Saturday, members travelled to East Dorset Indoor Bowls Centre in Christchurch for a nine rink bowls game against Kniverton Gardens Bowls Club. In the evening, the Whitehall Hotel provided entertainment in the form of a Race Night.
On Sunday afternoon, members travelled to Kings Park Bowls Club for a six rink game. In the evening, members enjoyed entertainment, which was hosted by two of our members, Richard and Lyn Brimble.
Having had a most enjoyable weekend, members travelled home on Monday morning.
