Prattens’ Ladies team were due to play Purnell on Tuesday, but it was cancelled due to the heat. Prattens played Paulton in the Fear Cup on Friday and continued their recent good form, winning 83–61.

The Ladies are due to play Keynsham in the next round in the Southey at home and Purnell Away in the next round of the Fear Cup.

As predicted last week, the Men’s results improved this week with a win on Tuesday against Alexandra Park at Home in the Wedmore plate with a 91 to 66 result. This was followed by another win away to Purnell in the MSL league and by a score of 50 shots to 47, gaining twelve points in the process.

However, it was back to losing on Saturday against Bath C team with the score being 35–61. Even with the loss on Saturday, winning two games out of three is a much better performance than of late.
