Colliers Way Cycling Group has the motto ‘Cycling – it’s a piece of cake!’ This is partly because the group’s rides are at a leisurely, sociable pace, but also because all group rides head to a café mid-ride for refreshments.

Rides cover a wide variety of routes, always cycling on quiet country lanes. Over the past twelve months, the group has managed to visit a total of 43 different cafés!

Colliers Way Cycling Group meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays for fitness and leisure rides of 25 to 35 miles, usually starting from Radstock and heading to a different destination each ride.

There’s also a Sunday Ride, which follows an easy 23 mile circuit of Chew Valley Lake and visits one of four cafés around the lake. This is a good ride to come and try out cycling with the group; see website for details.

New members are always welcome and starter sessions are available for those who may not be quite ready for group rides.
