With the days lengthening and better weather, thoughts turn to Spring and the forthcoming cricket season.
The club play in the Premier Division and Division Six of the Somerset League, and in preparation for the new season, they have booked a series of indoor nets.
These will be held on Friday nights from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Merchants Academy, Withywood, Bristol BS13 9AJ. The sessions take place on Fridays 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th March.

Forthcoming events at the ground at Stowey Road include a quiz night on 13th April, and on 7th July there will be an Open Day marking the club’s foundation in 1919. Further details will follow in due course. G. Jackson
