Purnell Sports U14 Girls finished their League matches with a goal glut of the highest quality against Clevedon.
Purnell started brightly right from the off, with good link-up football being played by the midfield and forwards. It wasn’t long before Purnell broke the deadlock, and the goals kept flying in. At half-time, the score was 8-0 after a dominant attacking display.
The second half was a much tighter contest, with Clevedon showing a much-improved performance and testing the Purnell defence to score two goals of their own. Goals were scored by Jasmine (5), Monica (4), Mia (2) and Alice (1).
Player of the Match went to Jasmine for an outstanding attacking display.
