Saturday saw a dry day for Radstock Town FC when they welcomed visitors, Bristol Telephones, to their first mach at home for a few weeks.
Due to the bad weather, their last match was an Away fixture to Chippenham PK on March 27th, when they came away from there with a draw.
Saturday did not start very well for the home side, with a goal being scored by the visitors within the first fifteen minutes. Radstock then fought back, with a goal coming from Jack Biddescombe in 29 minutes to make it 1–1.
James Rustell was then on fire; scoring goals in the 34th minute, 83rd minute, 92nd minute and 94th minute, three of which were penalties, with the final score ending 5–1 to the home team and with an attendance of 56.
Radstock Town FC faced the side again as The Journal went to press, travelling to Bristol Telephones on Tuesday night and hoping to come away with a further three points.
