Saturday’s game against Cambridge City who play at St Ives, near Huntington, was postponed, due to a severely waterlogged pitch. The game has been rearranged for Wednesday, 16th March.

Several supporters joked that they hoped a beneficial sponsor with an aeroplane or helicopter would save what promises to be a trip where the coach would set off at lunchtime and get back in the wee small hours!

On Tuesday, 12th January, as The Journal went to press, Rovers were away to Weymouth in the third round of the Red Insure Southern League Cup. This Saturday, they are home to promotion chasing Biggleswade Town, kick-off at 3 p.m.

The Youth Team were away at Winscombe on Tuesday travel to Cheddar next Monday, 18th, kick-off at 7.30 p.m.

The Sunday XI are away to FC Brewhouse in the Tom Morgan Knock-Out Cup at Lansdown, 10.15 a.m. kick-off.
