MIDSOMER Norton have won the Papa Johns Community Cup - an end of season rugby tournament for sides of all levels.

In the final which was held on Sunday at the Dings Crusaders’ ground in Bristol, they beat Ashford in a thrilling match which could have gone either way.

There was nothing in the action-packed game right to the final whistle with Midsomer Norton pulling off a thrilling 39-38 victory - it could not have been closer.

Joined by jubilant players and supporters, the trophy was presented to the winning Midsomer Norton captain Joey Button.
