Somerset County Council has issued a closure notice on a section of the A37 for two nights in July.
The notice will prevent all traffic travelling along the A37 Marchants Hill to Bath Road and Bristol Road from 30m south east of the junction with Old Down, northwards for 135 km.
The closure is for resurfacing works beginning on 7th July. The work is expected to last two nights, excluding the weekend, and diversions will be in place.
