Tabor Independent Methodist Church
MRS Margaret West led Tabor’s Easter Service with the congregation singing familiar Easter hymns. Her address was based on Jesus’ last words “It is finished” but it wasn’t as he was raised to new life.
Many people in today’s world who experience awful things would like to say “it is finished”. Maybe we can all bring the joy, hope and love of the resurrection into this world. The congregation was given Easter Eggs as a reminder of new life.
All are welcome to any of our Services or events, details of which are on the noticeboard outside of the Church in North Road Timsbury.

Trinity Methodist Church
IT was a joy to welcome Rev Julian Albrow to lead the Second Sunday of Easter. His readings were taken from Peter and St John's Gospel. “The risen Christ” was the theme of his reflection, and as always, he had a humorous fisherman's story that had us all captivated.
A date for your diary: We will be holding a plant sale on Saturday, April 25, from 10am to noon. Bacon butties, cake stall, tea and coffee, raffle. Lilly's pop-up fruit and veg stall. In aid of Brain Cancer Research.
Saturday coffee this week from 10am. Sunday morning worship at 10.30am will be led by Rev Jill Flowers. All are welcome.

Norton Down Church
IT was wonderful on Sunday morning to praise the Lord as we enjoyed an Easter Songs of Praise which was put together by Pete Young and Christine Button.
Wednesday morning we meet for coffee/tea and biscuits, will we see you there?
Sunday, April 19, we meet for worship at 10.30am when our service will be led by Moira Cowell. Please come and join us you will be made most welcome.
