NEWBORN lambs were the star attraction as residents, families, and members of the local community came together as Somer Valley House to celebrate Easter.

The lambs and chicks provided by Twinnies Petting Farm proved to be the main attraction on the day which also included an Easter Egg Hunt in the grounds.

A special appearance from the Easter Bunny added to the magic.

Donations collected during the day from refreshment are to be donated to Time is Precious, a local charity supporting families in need.

Somer Valley House resident, Joy Kent, said, “I thoroughly enjoyed every second of the afternoon it was simply wonderful. And oh, those lambs and chicks, I could quite happily have kidnapped them and hidden them in my room! I had the loveliest cuddles with them.”
