A Year 5 team from Welton Primary school took part in a Spelling Bee organised and held at Norton Hill School.

Eight local schools took part with a competition in the morning and an afternoon full of activities learning different languages.

The team had to stand up in front of over 150 children and were given a word in English that they then had to say in French and spell in French. Charlotte was the overall winner!
