A FLOOD WATCH volunteer information walk will be taking place by Waterside Valley in Radstock on Wednesday, June 18.

Starting at 6pm, volunteers can find out more about this river health monitoring scheme alongside Jacob from the Bristol Avon Rivers Trust and Steph from Somer Valley Rediscovered.

They will be meeting at the SWALLOW Community Cafe, where those who attend can learn more about how they can help with flood watch efforts in the community.

The event will last for about 90 minutes. It is ideal for those who cares about river health and loves walking in our beautiful countryside

Those who would like to attend are encouraged to wear sturdy footwear and be prepared to walk and be on their feet.
