A WELL-established swim school, known for providing lessons in both Bath and Radstock, has announced a fresh new look and name as part of a rebrand.

Formerly Swimcentral, the business will now operate as Mighty Splash Swim School, continuing to offer the same swimming lessons with a renewed identity and some new features.

The rebrand to Mighty Splash reflects the swim school's focus on encouraging a love for swimming in both children and adults. The team at Mighty Splash aims to support swimmers of all levels, understanding that not everyone is naturally comfortable in the water, and helping people of all ages enjoy the process of learning to swim.

Kelly Deakin, who owns the swim school, said:"Mighty Splash isn't just a name, it's a mission! Every teacher at Mighty Splash puts each individual and their needs at the heart of their teaching. We've wanted to build on our five-star reputation in the local area and share more of our brave and bold side in our lessons.

“Morphing from Swimcentral into Mighty Splash allows us to demonstrate our real energy for swimming. We’ve always been committed to excellent teaching and water safety, but our team has such a positive and creative approach that we can really focus on fun as our way to develop those skills. The growth and confidence we’ve seen in our swimmers are proof that Mighty Splash is the right direction for our toddler, children and adult swimming lessons alike.”

Mighty Splash offers swimming lessons for all ages in small class sizes, with a focus on active engagement throughout each session. The school provides intensive lessons during school holidays, private tuition, and themed sessions such as Mighty Splash Mermaid classes and parties for a unique swimming experience.

As an accredited Swim Star Swim School, Mighty Splash has received recognition from the Swimming Teachers' Association (STA) for its adherence to high standards in health and safety, teaching, and customer service.

Kelly added: “When I started Swimcentral, it was just me and one swimmer, Isaac, I wanted to support and encourage each and every person as they learned to swim. We’ve celebrated over ten years of success as Swimcentral and supported many thousands of swimmers in schools and our own lessons across Bath. We’re proud to say that some of those swimmers are now teachers.

“Now we have a really exciting opportunity with Mighty Splash to show children, their parents, and adult swimmers across Bath that they can truly achieve anything they want in the water.
