The Mystery Photograph last week was a photograph of Dunkerton, showing the road to Bath and railway viaduct.

Well done to the following for guessing Dunkerton correctly; Paul Hancock, Eddie Attwood, Mike Ford, Shaun Dallimore, Jeff Parsons, Robert Dunford, Simon Chard, David Swift, Eric Brain, Christine Oatley, Robert Dunford, Dave Seddon, Norma Attwood, Dave Seddon, Jeff Parsons, Christine Oatley, Les Box, Hannah Selway, Gilmour Jones, Richard Edwards, Neil Gillard, Angela Roberts and Valerie Rogers.

Thank you to Dave Seddon who said: “I think that must be Dunkerton showing the old railway embankments after the bridge over the A367 was demolished in around 1964.”

Thanks to Richard Edwards who said: “This week’s very old photo is of the A367 at Dunkerton, looking towards Bath.

“In the middle of the picture, running from left to right, and crossing over the road, is the GWR Hallatrow - Limpley Stoke railway line. Dunkerton Station was situated just off the picture on the right.”

Can you guess where we are in this week’s Mystery Photograph?
