Last week, Prattens Ladies played two friendly games away to Bath Ladies Bowling Club, where they won on one rink, lost on two rinks and lost overall by 47–67.
In a close game away to Stothert and Pitt, they won on one rink, lost on two and lost overall, 45 – 46. Prattens’ Men played Bath Bowling Club in a friendly on Saturday and in a good start to the season, they won on two rinks, drew on one and lost on one.
Overall, Prattens won 86 – 61. In a Mixed Friendly game on Sunday, Prattens played Ashcombe away. Prattens won on one rink, but lost on three and lost overall, 62 – 73.
The coming week sees Prattens’ Ladies play a Friendly game away to local rivals, Fosseway and there are Mixed Friendly games away to Trowbridge on Saturday and Frome Park on Sunday.
