Members of the Midsomer Norton Short Mat Bowls Club enjoyed their annual presentation dinner on Saturday, 18th February at the Jolliffe Arms in Kilmersdon.

The Ladies’ Singles winner was Elaine Bull, Men’s Singles winner, Sid Johnson, Mixed Doubles winners were Roger Gill and Linda Gill, Triples winners were Ray Horwood, Roger Gill and Dave Biggs. The Club Shield was won by the Ladies.

This year, the club celebrates its twentieth year. They meet at the Somer Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. with a tea interval inbetween. New members of any age and ability will always be welcome.
