Purnell Sports Youth Girls’ section are expanding and are looking for girls currently in School years 4, 5 and 7 to join their brand new U-11 girls’ team and our existing U-12 girls’ football team.
For those girls aged nine and ten now who are keen on football, but do not want to join a mixed team, this is ideal for them. Our U-12s Girls need more players in preparation for moving to nine a-side next season.
Both teams will play within Somerset Girls’ League, where our U-12 team finished fourth in their first season, which is fantastic for all the team and management. Training takes place on Wednesday evenings at Cam Valley Playing Fields, home to Purnell Sports Youth in Paulton, between 5.30 p.m.– 6.30 p.m. All our coaches are highly experienced and have given our club three fantastic girls’ teams already and a Ladies’ team, so girls’ football is very important and exciting to be involved in.
