In these difficult times, it is reassuring that our wonderful sport of golf is still thriving and healthy.

Studies have shown that the regular playing of golf is good for body and mind, reduces stress and improves sleep.

Eddie was a past member of the Seniors Section who passed away at the grand age of ninety in September 2016. He first presented the trophy in 2007 and stipulated that the trophy winner always came from Division Three.

He also insisted on presenting the winner with a bottle of whisky!

First place was Dave Lewis with 44 points, second place was David Millington, with 43 points, in third place with 41 points, was Dave Harvey and in fourth, with forty-one points was Steve Ball.
