Midsomer Norton Primary School's recent sporting success continued this week with their athletics team claiming first place at the annual Midsomer Norton Association Sports Hall Athletics event at Norton Hill School.
The team competed in a variety of events, including: Long Jump, Triple Jump, Chest Push, Vertical Jump, Speedbounce and Javelin, as well as a variety of track events, including obstacle relays and a longer distance six-lap 'Parlauf'!. The team managed to come out on top, with a grand total of 250 points! The team will now progress to the next round of the competition, to be held at UWE on 2nd February.
