A goal in stoppage time from defender, George Worle, rewarded Bishop Sutton Reserves for a hard-working second half performance in a 2–2 away draw at Timsbury Athletic in the Somerset County League Division Two East. The home side were left bemoaning a host of missed chances in the first half, which should have seen them out of sight at the interval, rather than just a single goal in front.

Timsbury made the perfect start with Ross Padfield hitting the bar with a first- minute corner and then Dave Percival hammering his side in front before two minutes were on the clock, courtesy of some dreadful Bishop Sutton defending. The same player then had another great chance, but after rounding keeper, Chris Blammon, put his shot the wrong side of the post. At the other end, Harry Neil missed a great chance to equalise, shooting wide when faced with an open goal.

Justin Dowling looked certain to add a second goal for the home side when he was brought down in the box, but the challenge resulted in just a corner and not the spot kick Timsbury were expecting. Padfield hit the visiting bar from a free-kick as the home side continued to press forward, but they were stunned after 38 minutes when Neil atoned for his earlier miss to hit the equaliser. Minutes later, Timsbury were awarded a penalty which Percival struck against a post, only for Jimmy Hailston to hit home the rebound.

With a strong wind now in their favour and kicking down the slope, Bishop Sutton came back strongly in the second half. Justin Dowling forced a timely save out of Blammon, but then Jordan Pugsley shot just wide for the visitors and Aidan Churchley twice came close, first with an overhead kick and then with a header. Jack Nix missed a great opportunity to increase Timsbury's advantage, after being set up by Hailston. At the other end, Pugsley shot wide. Well into stoppage time the visitors grabbed the equaliser when Worle hammered his shot past Neil Hucker.
