Tabor Independent Methodist Church
It has been a quiet week at Tabor, with no service and the Tabor Ringers taking a well-earned rest during August. This has allowed time for personal reflection, holidays, and rest and relaxation for members recuperating after illness. Plans remain in place for future events, which will be publicised in due course.
Everyone is welcome to attend our church services, held fortnightly, or other events. Details can be found on the noticeboard outside the church in North Road.

Our first café-style worship was enjoyed by all on Sunday, August 10. Favourite hymns were sung, we were encouraged to remember people or events in the news in our prayers, poems were read, and tea, coffee, biscuits, and cakes were available throughout the morning – something completely different from our usual Sunday service.
We will be holding a Table Top Sale on Saturday, August 23 from 10am. Bacon butties will be on the menu. Please get in touch if you would like to book a table. All proceeds will go to Church funds.
On Sunday, August 24, there will be a Joint Christians Together Service at Radstock Hub at 10.30am. All ages are welcome. There will be no service in our church that Sunday.
