ECOWILD is offering a taster session of a new weekly course 'Woodland Art and Wellbeing Connection' which starts in September.

The session planned for July 14 gives participants the chance to step into the woodland, meet the practitioners and experience what the free programme has to offer.

From spending time in a unique wooden roundhouse set within Greyfield Woods, taking part in gentle movement classes, the sessions explores the woodland setting with meditation and breathwork and wild art-making using materials gathered from the woodland floor.

The full course runs on Tuesdays from September 29 to November 17. The taster session on July 14 starts at 10am to 12.30-m at Greenfield Wood at High Littleton.
