The Ladies at Wells Golf Club have been busy recently! Captain Tina Davies organised a residential, at The Dorset with 24 attending.
Winners of each day were: Glynis Slater and Julie Blunden, Glynis Slater, Polly Williams and Janette Ambrosini, and on the last day, Cath Levell, Jane Hilborne, Silvia Gibbon and Marion Boyd. Good golf and good company made it a very enjoyable break.
The End of Season Teams Meeting for the Ladies took place in dry weather. This was a yellow ball competition, with good scores being recorded by Kim Lord, Cath Levell, Kathy Lane and Gill Magrath. Jen Jones was thanked for organising the Alliance team this year, and Jill Bocquet for organising the Inter-club League team.
