The Christmas bring and win competition was held on a clear day and a large number of golfers took part.

Kathy Lane and Chris Strickland led the field with a mighty 43 points after visiting parts of the course that neither had seen before.

A neat birdie on the 12th followed by pars on the 15th and 17th gave them a boost.

All competitors chose a wrapped prize from the table and discussions on the day’s golf were convivial.
